What we collect

• What you send us through the form or by email: name, email, website and your message.
• Technical data the server records when you visit (IP address, browser, page, time), for security and operation.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and send you a proposal — steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and working — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet tax and accounting obligations if you become a client — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to work together are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as Greek tax law requires. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.

Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to operate (hosting, email, accountant), under a data processing agreement. Requests sent through the form are delivered to our team via the Telegram messaging app. We do not sell data. If a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
